AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Lowell Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company, for $33m. Niyad, as well as LTX-608, complement our existing portfolio of commercial and late-stage investigational products.
