AUCTUS Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Kentek from Diploma for $26m.

AUCTUS Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Kentek, a distributor of high-end filtration products, from Diploma, a British-based business supplying specialised technical products and services, for $26m. “The disposal of Kentek was an important part of Diploma’s portfolio management goals, and Carner has been instrumental in the success of this disposal, leading the process from start to finish and providing excellent technical assistance.
