Melitta Group, a manufacturer and distributor of a wide variety of consumer products , completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Caffè Corsini, a producer of coffee and coffee roasters. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Melitta Group seeks to grow its business by means of local excellence. Our collaboration opens the way for numerous new opportunities for both companies," Patrick Hoffer, Corsini CEO.
