Acuren to acquire Premium Inspection & Testing Group from Calvert Street Capital Partners.

Acuren, a nondestructive testing (NDT), inspection, engineering, and rope access integrated services provieder, agreed to acquire Premium Inspection & Testing Group, a multi-city safe delivery services company, from Calvert Street Capital Partners, a nationally-recognized consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
