Fresenius Helios-backed Quirónsalud completed the acquisition of Centro Oncológico de Antioquia and Clínica Clofán.

Fresenius Helios-backed Quirónsalud, a private hospital group in Spain, completed the acquisition of Centro Oncológico de Antioquia, a specialized clinic in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, and Clínica Clofán, an ophthalmic clinic in Colombia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is another important step in strengthening Fresenius Helios’ presence in the growing and consolidating healthcare services markets in Latin America.
