IDEX Corporation to acquire Nexsight for $120m.

IDEX Corporation, a company serving high growth specialized markets known for expertise in highly engineered fluidics systems and components, agreed to acquire Nexsight, a wastewater infrastructure provider, for $120m. “We intend to continue growing our presence in intelligent water technologies, where we can help predict and identity wastewater system issues early, preventing them from causing property damage, harming the environment and impacting public health,” Eric Ashleman, IDEX CEO and President.
