BYmyCAR Group completed the acquisition of Renault Retail Group in Barcelona.

BYmyCAR Group, a seller and distributor of automobiles, completed the acquisition of Renault Retail Group, a dealership, in Barcelona. Financial terms were not disclosed. "BYmyCAR is the best partner we could find, its experience and the results that guarantee it -together with our product offensive- will allow Renault to recover the hearts of the Catalans in the new age of electrification," Sébastien Guigues, Renault General Director.
