Ahlsell to acquire Verktygsboden.

Ahlsell, a distributor of industrial supplies and equipment, agreed to acquire Verktygsboden, an e-commerce operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These product segments are important to Ahlsell, and the acquisition strengthens our position, especially in relation to mechanics in the automotive industry. Verktygsboden has had a successful journey in recent years, and together we will continue that journey in the Nordic region," Claes Seldeby, Ahlsell President and CEO.
