Lifeanalytics, a provider of laboratory analysis and diagnostics in chemical, physical and microbiological, completed the acquisition of Abich, a provider of research and analysis services catering to manufacturers of cosmetics, medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. Abich provides research and analysis services to producers of cosmetics, medical devices, OTC, raw materials and other consumer products.
