Cerelia to acquire European dough businesses from General Mills.

Cerelia, dough and batter-based food specialist, agreed to acquire Knack & Back, Jus-Rol Brands and Irish dough business from General Mills, an American producer of packaged consumer foods. Financial terms are not disclosed. Transaction is expected to close by the end of fiscal 2022, with the German transaction subject to appropriate labor consultations, regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.
