Private investors Marian Owerko and Rafał Brzoska agreed to acquire a 90% stake in Bakalland, a producer and distributor of natural snacks and healthy product assortment, from Innova Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The intended concentration of entrepreneurs consists in the acquisition by the company O&R Holding with its seat in Warsaw, operating in the field of financial holdings, of Bakalland shares with its seat in Warsaw, in the amount ensuring control over this company."
