Constellation to acquire Marshall Motor from Marshall of Cambridge for $431m.

Constellation Automotive Group, a vertically integrated digital used car marketplace in Europe, offered to acquire Marshall Motor, motor dealer group, from Marshall of Cambridge, an independent British company, for $431m. Marshall of Cambridge accepted an offer from Constellation Automotive Group to acquire Marshall Motor Holdings.
