Concentric Equity Partners-backed Riverbend Sandler Pools, a residential pool construction, service, and maintenance provider, agreed to acquire Pulliam Pools, a provider of pool construction, remodeling, and repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pulliam has flourished under Debra's leadership and grown to become one of the largest pool builders in DFW.
