DragonBall Capital led a $102m Series C round in Shanghai Zhenyun Technology.

DragonBall Capital, a private equity firm, led a $102m Series C round in Shanghai Zhenyun Technology, a digital purchasing platform for enterprises. Additional investors include Ab Initio Capital, Unicorn Capital Partners, C&D, Redpoint China Ventures, Blue Lake Capital and Eastern Bell Capital. Zhenyun plans to shore up its global expansion plans, and work on pipeline products, among others.
