PSA completed the acquisition of BDP International from Greenbriar Equity.

PSA, a port group and trusted partner to cargo stakeholders, with flagship operations in Singapore and Antwerp, completed the acquisition of BDP International, a provider of logistics and transportation services, from Greenbriar Equity, a private equity firm.
