Colis Privé to go public via a merger with DEE Tech in a €500m deal.

Colis Privé, a private provider of e-commerce home parcel delivery solutions, agreed to go public via a merger with DEE Tech, a special purpose acquisition company, in a €500m deal. DEE Tech is a french special purpose acquisition company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris on 25 June 2021. As part of its listing, DEE Tech raised €165m with the objective to acquire one or several target companies to support digital and/or e-commerce enablers.
