Equip Capital completed the acquisition of Cure Media for $23m.

Equip Capital, a Norwegian private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Cure Media, a tech-enabled company within influencer marketing, for $23m. "We want to accelerate growth and focus on expanding in Europe as well as scaling our technology and organisation internationally. We feel that it is time to bring in a partner with relevant experience and expertise, especially in the fields we operate in – marketing and tech," Sam Foroozesh, Cure Media CEO and Co-Founder.
