Walden International, a global venture capital firm, completed the acquisition of Memphis Electronic, a distributor of semiconductor devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. Memphis Electronic is a globally active specialized distributor of memory semiconductor devices. Founded in Germany in 1991, the company mainly serves small and medium-sized customers. With more than 20 lines, Memphis Electronic has a wide product portfolio. In Hong Kong, Memphis Electronic also manufactures its own memory modules for use in commercial computers.
