Sony Pictures Television, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Sony Group Corporation, agreed to acquire Bad Wolf, a Cardiff-based production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In the blink of an eye, Bad Wolf has established itself as one of the world’s most admired drama producers.
