HIG-backed Project Informatica, a provider of technologies and advanced capabilities to support its customers in the digital transformation of business processes, completed the acquisition of Converge, an Italian system integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Converge, and therefore the consolidation of our presence in the public sector, makes the Project Group an increasingly important operator in the Italian market.
