PT Holdings completed the acquisition of Duffy’s AIS.

PT Holdings, a distributor of original equipment manufacturer parts for the foodservice industry, completed the acquisition of Duffy’s AIS, a commercial foodservice equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Duffy’s AIS is a terrific team, and we are really excited to have them as part of our organization.
