Thomas H. Lee Partners and Frazier Healthcare-backed Adare Pharma Solutions, a technology-driven contract development and manufacturing organization, completed the acquisition of Frontida BioPharm, a CDMO focused on oral formulations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
