Maritime Partners, a provider of maritime financing solutions, completed the acquisition of 1k marine vessels from J. Russell Flowers, an independent leasing companies of inland marine barges and towboats. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to complete the acquisition of the JRF portfolio.
