Foris DAX Markets to acquire North American Derivatives Exchange and Small Exchange from IG Group for $216m.

Foris DAX Markets, a cryptocurrency exchange app, agreed to acquire North American Derivatives Exchange, a derivatives exchange, and Small Exchange, a futures exchange, from IG Group, an online trading provider, for $216m. “We’re really excited by this deal, as it delivers a significant return on the previous investments madein Nadex and Small Exchange and enables additional investment across all our businesses.
