Crescent Energy Company-backed Contango Oil & Gas, an oil and natural gas company, completed the acquisition of Oil and Gas assets from Sunrise Oil & Gas, a privately owned E&P company with assets in the Central Basin Platform in West Texas and the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. Financial terms were not disclosed.
