The Carlyle Group to acquire Client Network Services from Alvarez & Marsal Capital.

The Carlyle Group, an American multinational private equity, agreed to acquire Client Network Services, a provider of healthcare technology enabled solutions, from Alvarez & Marsal Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CNSI operates at the unique intersection of technology, healthcare and government services, and we see significant growth opportunities ahead as the company leverages its unique capabilities and continues to develop market-leading solutions,” Dayne Baird, The Carlyle Group Managing Director.
