Life Science REIT completed the acquisition of Rolling Stock Yard from Newmark Properties, Argo Real Estate and Investec Bank for £77m.

Life Science REIT, a real estate investment trust focused on UK life science properties, completed the acquisition of Rolling Stock Yard, a premium, nine-storey office and laboratory building, from investors Newmark Properties, Argo Real Estate and Investec Bank for £77m.
