Crossbay, a pan-European last-mile logistics platform, completed the acquisition of logistics centre in Montcada I Reixac from Condis, a supermarket chain, for $73m. Condis will continue as the tenant of the warehouse, which has a surface area of 40k m2, as it is a sale & leaseback agreement.
