Recordati, an international pharmaceutical group, completed the acquisition of EUSA Pharma, a dynamic, global speciality pharmaceutical company, from EW Healthcare, one of the oldest and most respected healthcare growth equity firms in the world, for $849m. The transaction provides Recordati with an expanded portfolio of rare disease pharmaceutical products.
