Holmleigh Care Group, a care organisation focused on the adult complex needs market, providing essential residential care, supported living and domiciliary care services, agreed to acquire Ludlow Street Healthcare, a specialist provider of care for adults with complex mental health problems and learning disabilities. Financial terms are not disclosed.
