Universities Superannuation Scheme, a pension scheme, completed the acquisition of an additional 8.77% stake in Thames Water, a private utility company, from Wren House, an infrastructure investment management company, for $583m. “We are delighted to be making this further investment in Thames Water, a critical supplier to millions of people every day.
