WeLab, a pan-Asian fintech platform, completed the acquisition of a 49.56% stake in Bank Jasa Jakarta, a commercial bank in Indonesia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We continue the journey that we started in 2018 to build one of the first pan-Asian digital banking platforms, first in Hong Kong and now in Indonesia.
