Knight-Swift Transportation, a publicly traded, American motor carrier holding company, agreed to acquire RAC MME Holdings, a provider of less-than-truckload, full truckload, and specialized and international logistics transportation services, from Red Arts Capital, a middle-market, sector-focused private equity investment firm, for $150m. “Less-Than-Truckload is an integral part of our nation’s supply chain, and we had deep conviction in the industry’s tailwinds supporting this segment of logistics transportation.
