Eisler Capital to acquire Glen Point Capital.

Eisler Capital, a $4.5bn hedge fund firm, agreed to acquire Glen Point Capital, an emerging markets fund manager that was founded in 2015. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal will bolster Eisler’s assets by $1.5bn, bring in a new trading team and add three funds to aid the firm’s transformation into a multi-strategy investment platform.
