Sedgwick completed the acquisition of JND Legal Administration from Stone Point Capital.

Sedgwick, a provider of technology-enabled claims and productivity management solutions, completed the acquisition of JND Legal Administration, a legal management and administration company, from Stone Point Capital, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “JND’s strong, talented management team has a stellar reputation in the legal industry, and we are excited to welcome them to the Sedgwick family. JND oversees some of the nation’s largest and most complex class action administration programs.
