Alcidion to acquire Silverlink Software for £33m.

Alcidion, a provider of intelligent informatics software, agreed to acquire Silverlink Software, a patient administration system provider, for £33m. “This acquisition is very exciting for Alcidion and clearly aligns with our acquisition strategy of expanding our product offering, increasing our UK market presence, and providing a positive contribution to our financial performance.
