Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company, completed the acquisition of 9 MLB MLB Professional Development League Clubs for $278m. Endeavor announced the creation of Diamond Baseball Holdings, an organization dedicated to supporting, promoting and enhancing the sport of baseball.
