Arcus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of HB Returnable Transport Solutions, a provider of reusable transport packaging services, from Mentha Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to announce this investment in HB today.
