Riverside Company-backed Clintar to acquire milliCare from Milliken & Company.

Riverside Company-backed Clintar, a commercial outdoor services provider, agreed to acquire milliCare from Milliken & Company, a industrial manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have a great opportunity to build Clintar into a multi-brand platform of B2B franchise concepts, and we’re excited to work with the milliCare team to do this.
