EBOS, a diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products, completed the acquisition of LifeHealthcare, a company focused on providing access to medical devices for Australian and New Zealand patients, from Pacific Equity Partners for $911m.
