System1-backed MapQuest, an American free online web mapping service, completed the acquisition of RoadWarrior, a subscription app focused on route planning. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There are strong synergies between the RoadWarrior and MapQuest products. In-market commercial route-planning tools currently fail to provide integrated navigation.
