Iron Mountain, an information management company, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in ITRenew, a data center lifecycle management solutions provider, from ZMC, a private equity firm, for $725m. “One of the strategic cornerstones of the ITRenew transaction is that it advances Iron Mountain’s position in Asset Lifecycle Management and accelerates our enterprise growth trajectory.
