Retina Consultants of America to acquire Mississippi Retina Associates.

Retina Consultants of America, a network of retina specialists with the mission of saving sight, agreed to acquire Mississippi Retina Associates, a provider of treatment of diseases affecting the retina, the vitreous and the macula.
