Synopsis
q.beyond, an IT service provider, agreed to acquire scanplus, a provider of managed services from the cloud and operates data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The highly scalable cloud portal at scanplus will extend our portfolio in the fast-growing cloud business,” Jürgen Hermann, q.beyond CEO.
