Deutsche Beteiligungs to acquire majority stake in freiheit.com for €21m.

Deutsche Beteiligungs, a private equity company, agreed to acquire majority stake in freiheit.com, a provider of software systems for digital business models and businesses, for €21m. "freiheit.com is an established, fast-growing company in a prospering market, and has gained an excellent reputation with many reference projects. We want toassist the company with our experience in supporting growth companies, so that it can progress at top speed whilst retaining its agility,” Jannick Hunecke, DBAG Member Board of Management.
