Latécoère completed the acquisition of MADES from AIAC.

Latécoère, a partner of major international aircraft manufacturers, completed the acquisition of Malaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems, a manufacturer of microelectronic devices for applications across defense, commercial aviation and industrial end market, from American Industrial Acquisition, a private equity firm.
