JP Morgan to acquire a 50% stake in One George Street for $472m.

JP Morgan Asset Management, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in One George Street, an office real estate in Singapore, for $472m. The 23-floor Grade A office tower is strategically located in the central business district with access to multiple transport links. It has a green building certification and an occupancy rate of 97% as of September 30.
