Ryder System, a supply chain, fleet management and logistics solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Whiplash, a provider of omnichannel fulfillment and logistics services, for $480m. “The acquisition of Whiplash is consistent with our strategy to accelerate growth in our higher-return supply chain business.
