Node Living completed the acquisition of Starcity Spain.

Node Living, an operator of build-to-rent housing agency, completed the acquisition of Starcity Spain, a developer and operator of coliving homes intended to serve renters in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about our expansion into Spain, our fifth country of operations in five years since we started.
