Wipro to acquire LeanSwift Solutions for $21m.

Wipro, an information technology, consulting and business process services company, agreed to acquire LeanSwift Solutions, an eCommerce and mobile apps company, for $21m. “We have built value-added products and carved a niche for ourselves in the industry as an Infor services specialist.
